Zelfstandig adviseur, Universitair Docent aan Afdeling ‘Organisatiewetenschappen’ van de Faculteit ‘Sociale Wetenschappen’ aan de Vrije Universiteit te Amsterdam en spreker in diverse Nederlandse Leergangen Verandermanagement. Gespecialiseerd in participatieve organisatieverandering waarbij het direct betrekken van mensen en het gezamenlijk handelen over de eigen afdelings- en groepsgrenzen heen centraal staat.
Antonie begeleidt veranderprocessen zowel vanuit zijn theoretische kennis als vanuit zijn ruim 20 jarige praktijkervaring. Antonie van Nistelrooij
My name is Antonie van Nistelrooij. I am a business administrator and psychologist living in Eindhoven. I have been active for 25 years as a university lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and for over 10 years as a core lecturer at the TSM Business School in Enschede. Since the early 1990s, I have also been working as an independent organizational consultant specializing in addressing various complex change management issues across numerous sectors. Nowadays, I primarily focus on human change dynamics and complex human processes, on which I publish in a wide range of (inter)national journals. Publications that are available for free download via this website. As part of my research work, I have also been active for more than 10 years as an editor of the journal "The Journal of Change Management". The insights gained from this work have been compiled into an English-language book published by Springer in 2021 and released worldwide.
